Sculpted and handmade

Folc approaches eyewear as if it were sculpture. Every frame begins with volume and shape, then evolves through rich color, solid and transparent materials, and the kind of finishing that gives the acetate its dimension. The look is bold yet refined, with profiles that feel architectural without feeling heavy.

High quality materials

Folc uses premium Italian acetate made from plant-based materials like cotton and wood fiber. This is what gives their eyewear its depth, clarity, and polished finish. They source all acetate from Mazzucchelli and LAES, two of the most respected names in the industry. The metal components come from Italy and Germany to keep the quality consistent throughout the frame.

Designed in Barcelona

Design is the foundation of everything Folc creates. Each collection takes ten to twelve months from concept to completion. The team explores shapes, builds handmade prototypes, and tests every detail. Volume. Weight. Fit. When the strongest ideas rise to the top, they move into pre-manufacturing prototypes and select colors and materials. The process is thoughtful and unhurried, because the final result needs to feel intentional.

Slow design with a point of view

Folc releases small collections with a tight curation of models. This approach puts more attention into every frame and allows the design to reach its fullest expression. The brand values quality over quantity and takes the time needed to refine each piece. It shows in the way their frames look and feel.
