How much does shipping cost in the U.S?
We offer free ground shipping and returns on all orders within the U.S.
How fast is your shipping?
Our orders are wrapped and hand packed from our stores within 2 business days of purchase. Once your order is shipped we estimate you will receive your order within 5-8 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you choose an express option your delivery will be sent either FedEx, UPS, USPS.
How about International Shipping?
All orders placed outside of the U.S. are shipped via DHL. We offer this shipping at a flat rate of $65 anywhere in the world.
How about in-store pick up?
If you happen to live near one of our stores, we're happy to have your order available for in store pick up. If the frame you've purchased is at one of our other locations we are glad to have them shipped to the store closest to you.
What is your online return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To initiate a return please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If eligible for a return our team will send a return shipping label. For international returns please email firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying that it has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will not refund any additional shipping charges.
What is your in store return policy?
There are no refunds or returns on custom-made eyeglass lenses or contact lenses. Non-prescription sunglasses or other merchandise can be exchanged with in 7 days of purchase. When ordering prescription eyewear please allow for up to 2 weeks for prescription lenses to be completed. Mirrored or specialty lenses may require additional time. We will notify you if there are any delays.
What is not eligible for return or exchange?
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days of purchase or delivery
