Shipping and Returns

Shipping within the U.S.:

  • Orders over $500 USD: Enjoy Free Standard Ground Shipping. For faster delivery, orders over $1000 USD qualify for Free 2 Day Air Shipping.
  • Orders under $500 USD: Standard Ground Shipping is available for a flat rate of $10.
  • 2 Day Air Shipping: Available for a fee of $35.
  • Overnight Shipping: If you need expedited delivery, please contact us to make a request.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $50.
  • Your order will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and additional duties, fees, and import taxes may apply upon delivery. The exact charges will be determined by your local customs authority. Please consult your local customs office for more information.
  • International orders are shipped using reliable carriers such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL, based on the destination.
  • If you have a specific carrier preference, please make a note at checkout, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Speed:

  • Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2 business days of purchase in our stores. 
  • Prescription lenses orders - Please note that our advanced lenses, typically ship in 2-3 weeks due to the additional customization required. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Ground shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3-7 business days from the ship date.
  • For customers in Alaska or Hawaii, please expect your order to arrive within 2-3 weeks from the purchase date.
  • 2 Day Air shipping is available for continental U.S. customers and should arrive within 2 days from the ship date.
  • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control.

In-Store Pick-Up:

  • If you live near one of our stores, you can choose in-store pick-up for your order.
  • If the frame you purchased is available at a different store location, we can arrange for a transfer to the store nearest to you.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for a store transfer if needed, and we will notify you when the item arrives.

Online Return Policy:

  • Custom orders, prescription lens orders, and limited edition collections (e.g., Jacques Marie Mage) are final sale and ineligible for return. These items are marked as "final sale" on the product pages.
  • Sale items or items purchased during a promotional period or with a discount code are also considered final sale.
  • For other eligible items, you may initiate a return by emailing us at heygirl@framedewe.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • All online returns must be processed through our online store. In-store returns are not accepted.
  • To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Please ensure that we receive your return within 10 days of initiating the return via email.
  • You may choose any shipping method for your return, but we recommend using a trackable and insured service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit card return to be processed.
  • Please note that we do not refund any additional shipping charges, and returns of more than 3 items will incur a 5% restocking fee.

In-Store Return Policy:

  • All purchases made in-store are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Order Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that due to limited quantities from our brand partners, we do not offer price adjustments for promotional pricing. Promotional pricing is limited to the terms indicated in its marketing and cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the promotion.
